Vehicle being in pre-owned condition, it may not come with all keys, owner's manual, floor mats or a full tank of gas. If registering the vehicle out of state, then the buyers are responsible for all state, county, and city taxes and fees; and title, tag and registration fees in the state the vehicle will be registered.
